“I began searching for AAC support when my son was just 1 yr old. For 3 yrs I jumped through hoop after hoop, desperate to find a therapist who believed in my child’s ability to communicate and would help us get an eye-gaze speech device. I tried CCS, private insurance and even hired independent therapists to come in to evaluate him. But I hit nothing but walls. Although I had full confidence in my son’s intelligence, no one else saw his potential until we met Niloo.
Niloo didn’t see my son’s Disability, she saw his Ability. From the very first session, she was encouraging and positive. Her enthusiasm was wildly refreshing and her passion for her chosen profession was obvious. She quickly validated the things I had always believed about my child’s potential and promised to do everything in her power to get him a voice.
A year later, Oliver has his very own AAC device and is making great strides in his language development. This ability to communicate is changing our entire family’s life, as Oliver can now participate verbally in ways he never could.
We have Niloo to thank for this gift. If you are in search of an SLP, I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is a breath of fresh air in a therapy world that often leaves much to be desired.”

“From the first time we met Niloo we absolutely loved her! She was our first official speech therapist and set a very high standard in my mind of the kind of treatment I wanted for my son. She is a kind, loving, skilled professional. We were lucky enough to work with her for three different intensive therapy session (9 weeks total). Not only did she make my son extremely comfortable in every session she was always aware of our needs and concerns as parents. She helped all of us overcome anxieties surrounding speech and oral motors in general. She introduced ASL and Prolouquo2Go to us, both of which have been fundamental in my sons progression. Even though life has taken us in separate paths Niloo continues to extend friendship and support to me and my family. I am forever grateful to know her and to have had her in our lives as a therapist and continue to have her as a friend. If you get to spend even one session with Niloo you're blessed.”

“Our son has had numerous sessions with Niloo and we have always had a great experience.
Niloo presumes competence and really wants the best for your child. She worked very hard to find the best mode of communication for our son, who uses a communication device. Under her care we actually were able to switch communication applications and our son surprised us completely! He went from 6 to 8 choices on his device to 18.
Niloo worked very well with our son and explained things to me in a way I could understand and carry it through to work on things at home.”

“Two years ago, my son, S, was 5 years old and struggling with a variety of difficult behaviors related to his Autism diagnosis. Through our journey with therapeutic intervention, we found his speech therapist, Niloo. Working with her has been the best gift for S! She’s been incredibly understanding and supportive in helping him achieve massive progress and overcome struggles at home and at school. She consistently provides us with tips and tools to carryover at home and after a few sessions, we immediately saw a transformation in S’ communication skills and even a decrease in negatively impacting behaviors. S is now communicating with us more comfortably than ever and Niloo has become a part of our family. S loves going to see her twice a week and we love working side by side with her to support S’ growth!
We really love Niloo!!!”
